How big a deal was that phone call with Iran?

President Barack Obama spoke with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani by phone this afternoon.That may not sound like a big deal, but it is. In fact, it was the first direct communication between presidents of the two countries since the Iranian revolution in 1979.Still, it's not clear if it will amount to much more than talk yet.
